Welcome Youth Volunteers!

AYSO North Park runs on volunteers—and that includes youth.

If you’re looking for a way to give back, be part of the soccer community, and actually have fun doing it, this is it. You’ll build leadership skills, meet new people, and (for high schoolers) earn community service hours along the way.

There are several ways to get involved depending on what you’re into—and yes, there are incentives. Volunteers earn tickets that can be redeemed at the snack shack (because snacks matter).

Information Tent
Help keep things running on game day—answer questions, support referee schedules, and point people in the right direction.

Assistant Coach (11+)
Support our younger divisions (Jamboree, 6U, 8U, 10U). Great if you like working with kids and want to be on the field.

Field Care
Help set up and break down fields before and after games. It’s a simple way to take ownership of the space and support every team playing that day.

Referee
Be part of the game.
• Center Ref: 6U & 8U (10+)
• Assistant Ref: 8U (9+), 10U (11+), 12U (13+)

Snack Shack
Sell snacks, drinks, and AYSO gear. Fast-paced, social, and always a good time.
