Volunteers Make AYSO Possible
North Park AYSO is entirely volunteer-run. Every team, practice, and game only happens because members of our community step in to make it work.
With hundreds of players each season, we need a strong base of volunteers to field teams and run game days. When we don’t have enough volunteers—especially coaches and referees—we are forced to reduce the number of teams, and some kids are not able to play.
You don’t need prior soccer experience to get involved. Training and support are provided. We’re looking for people who are willing to show up, help out, and be part of the program.
Ways to Get Involved
Coaches
Coach a team, lead practices, and support player development throughout the season. Coaches are critical—no coach means no team.

Referees
Help run games on Saturdays. Referees keep games safe, fair, and on schedule. Youth referees are especially encouraged.

Youth Volunteers
Youth can get involved through refereeing, snack shack, assisting coaches, helping at the info tent, and field care. Community service hours available.

If you’re able to help in any capacity, we encourage you to sign up. Your participation directly impacts how many kids we can support each season.
