Ages 4-18 of all skill levels  |  Season Dates: August 2026 - November 2026 (January for All-Stars)
   

We’re looking forward to another strong season at AYSO North Park as we celebrate our 35th year in the community!  Our focus continues to be on creating a positive environment where players develop skills, build confidence, and get meaningful time on the field. Balanced teams, consistent playtime, and strong sportsmanship are core to how we run the program.

Fall Core 2026 Season

Fall 2026 (September - November)

How does it really work? AYSO uses 2-year division groupings (except for 19U division) based on the calendar year system. For the 2026 season, here is the breakdown:

Division Placement / Birth Dates

6U = Aug 1, 2020 - July 31, 2021
8U = Aug 1, 2018 - July 31, 2020
10U = Aug 1, 2016 - July 31, 2018
12U = Aug 1, 2014 - July 31, 2016
14U = Aug 1, 2012 - July 31, 2014
16U = Aug 1, 2010 - July 31, 2012
18U = Aug 1, 2008 - July 31, 2010

Jamboree = Aug 1, 2021 - July 31, 2023

If you don't have a credit card to pay online, we recommend putting money on a prepaid card at your local store like CVS, Walgreens, etc, The card needs to be one that you can register with your address.

Fall 2026 Info

Key Registration Dates and Cost
Early Registration: April 20 - May 31 $175/player
Late Registration: June 1 - August 7 $200/player
Wait-list:Any player application received after August 7 will be wait-listed and is subject to availability in the Division.

Payment Methods
Payment by credit card (MC/Visa)
We will accept checks in special circumstances. Please email [email protected] if you would like to pay by check. Checks should be payable to "AYSO Region 785"

Refunds
The last day for a refund is the day before the first game. 
The AYSO National Fee ($25) is non-refundable.

Financial Assistance
AYSO North Park offers limited, need-based financial assistance. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to submit a request. All inquiries are confidential. Please email [email protected]

Age Determination 2026/27



Registration Age Breakdown

AYSO uses a school-year age matrix with an August 1 cutoff to determine player divisions, aligning with U.S. Soccer and other major youth soccer organizations. Under this model, a player’s division is based on their age during the school-year timeframe of August 1 through July 31.
For Example: A player who is 5 years old on August 1 will play in the 6U division for that Fall season.

This age group cutoff aligns soccer age groups with school-year peers, helping more players participate and stay in the game with their classmates and friends.To help determine the appropriate division for your child, please refer to the age chart above, which follows U.S. Soccer school-year guidelines.
